Billing and Insurance

We are considered in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Blue Choice PPO Plans, Aetna, Cigna and The University of Chicago Student Health (U-SHIP).  We are not in network with BCBS HMO plans or the BCBS MyBlue Plus plan.

While your insurance provider will usually be the best source of information around your costs, you can contact us for an estimate on what your co-pays or out-of-pocket costs will be.
